Data retention on the FTP server
Non-PCI environment
- Invalid audio or metadata files are kept on the server and will be automatically deleted after 60 days.
- A valid audio without metadata can still be processed if valid metadata are uploaded within 7 days. Beyond that, the audio file will be kept on the FTP server (until reaching the 60 days described above) but a manual action will be need to process it.
- A valid metadata file without a valid audio can still be processed if a valid audio is uploaded within 7 days. Beyond that metadata are lost, and the original metadata file is not present in the FTP directory.
- output.csv file and error logs are deleted automatically 60 days after their last edition. This means that with daily activity,
output.csv
won't be deleted.
PCI environment
- Invalid audio or metadata files are kept on the server and will be automatically deleted after 12 hours.
- A valid audio without metadata can still be processed if valid metadata are uploaded within 12 hours.
- A valid metadata file without a valid audio can still be processed if a valid audio is uploaded within 12 hours.
- output.csv file and error logs are deleted automatically 60 days after their last edition. This means that with daily activity,
output.csv
won't be deleted.
