Speech Analytics
In this section you will find information regarding Speech Analytics capacities we can offer.
Once an audio has been transcribed, we can perform analytics on the transcript. These features are not currently available for Stream API. Audio input which might be analyzed are the ones coming from telephony (including call tracking), or JUpload FTP API.
